And about bloody time. Jack has been missing from the blogosphere since November. Thanksgiving , Christmas and a New Year came and disappeared into history. Each of those events had some sort of fine gastronomic experience. But … rather than deal with traditional meals, Jack wants to share a couple of appetizer snack items that he prepared during the period and has a lot of people clamoring for the details. The top noise maker was the Spiced Marcona Almonds, on the left, above.
